Membership photographs are personally identifiable information. If a photograph is required after initial review, Apache Bronco will request it through a separate authorized secure process.

I authorize Apache Bronco to use a membership photograph that I later provide through an authorized secure process for membership administration and production of my Apache Bronco Membership Identification Card if my application is approved.

If I later provide a membership photograph, may Apache Bronco use it publicly for official member recognition, website profiles, publications, event materials, or Apache Bronco social media? YES — I AUTHORIZE PUBLIC USE. NO — USE MY PHOTOGRAPH ONLY FOR MEMBERSHIP ADMINISTRATION AND MY APACHE BRONCO MEMBERSHIP ID.

Declining public photo use will not by itself affect membership consideration.

Membership Privacy Notice

Apache Bronco collects the information submitted through this application to evaluate and administer organizational membership, communicate with applicants, contact authorized references, maintain appropriate membership records, protect organizational integrity and safety, and administer a membership credential if membership is approved.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, government-ID scans, birth certificates, CDIB records, tribal-ID cards, financial records, genetic files, medical records, or other highly sensitive identity documents through this standard application.

I understand that Apache Bronco membership is organizational membership only and is not tribal citizenship, tribal enrollment, government identification, federal or state recognition, or independent proof of Native ancestry. I understand that any Apache Bronco Membership Identification Card issued to me remains the property of Apache Bronco and is subject to suspension, cancellation, revocation, invalidation, recovery, or required surrender under the Apache Bronco Membership Policy. I understand that, if my application is formally approved, production and delivery of my Apache Bronco Membership Identification Card may take up to 30 days after approval. I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Membership Applicant Privacy Notice. I certify that the information I have provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and understand that materially false or intentionally misleading information may result in denial, suspension, or membership review.
