AUTHORIZED APACHE BRONCO REVIEW
Authorized reviewers evaluate the complete application record.
DECISION
Approve, deny, hold, or request additional review consistent with the Membership Policy.
MEMBER RECORD & ID
Following formal approval, organizational membership is established, a member record may be created, and ID-card production may begin. Allow up to 30 days after formal approval for production and delivery.
