IS APACHE BRONCO MEMBERSHIP TRIBAL CITIZENSHIP OR ENROLLMENT?
No. Apache Bronco membership is organizational membership within Apache Bronco only. It does not establish tribal citizenship, tribal enrollment, government recognition, CDIB status, or entitlement to tribal or government benefits.
WHO CAN APPLY?
The standard public application is for adults age 18 or older. Applications are evaluated individually through the approved organizational membership pathways described in the Membership Policy.
DOES SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION MAKE ME A MEMBER?
No. Membership begins only after formal approval through Apache Bronco's authorized review process.
WHY ARE THREE REFERENCES REQUESTED?
References provide additional context that may help Apache Bronco evaluate an application responsibly. They are only one part of the complete application record.
CAN I APPEAL A DENIAL?
Yes. A denied applicant may request reconsideration in writing within 30 days of the denial notice and may provide relevant clarification, corrections, testimony, records, or additional evidence.
CAN MEMBERSHIP BE SUSPENDED OR REVOKED?
Yes. Membership may be reviewed when credible information raises substantial questions concerning eligibility, fraud, material misrepresentation, misuse of membership or credentials, serious violations, or serious safety or integrity concerns. Permanent revocation remains subject to the policy's notice, review, response, and appeal process.
WHO OWNS MY APACHE BRONCO MEMBERSHIP ID?
Apache Bronco Membership Identification Cards and other Apache Bronco membership credentials remain the property of Apache Bronco.
IS MY CARD MINE TO KEEP PERMANENTLY?
Possession of the physical card does not create a permanent, transferable, vested, or irrevocable right to membership.
CAN APACHE BRONCO CANCEL OR REVOKE MY CARD?
Yes. Subject to the Membership Policy and applicable law, Apache Bronco may suspend, deactivate, cancel, revoke, replace, recover, or require surrender of a membership credential.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CARD IF MY MEMBERSHIP IS REVOKED?
Authorization to use the credential ends in accordance with the membership decision. Apache Bronco may invalidate the credential and require a physical card to be returned or destroyed.
DOES APACHE BRONCO OWN MY PHOTOGRAPH BECAUSE IT OWNS THE CARD?
No. Ownership and control of the credential is different from ownership of a person's identity, likeness, ancestry, or personal information. Apache Bronco may use a photograph only for purposes authorized through the membership and privacy process.
HOW LONG DOES MY ID TAKE?
Allow up to 30 days after formal membership approval for production and delivery.
DOES THE 30-DAY PERIOD BEGIN WHEN I APPLY?
No. It begins only after formal membership approval.
HOW IS MY INFORMATION HANDLED?
Membership information should be limited to legitimate organizational purposes and restricted to authorized people who have a legitimate need for access. See the Membership Applicant Privacy Notice for details.
